WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?
Young people with high EQ:

• earn higher grades
• stay in school
• have more confidence
• are better problem solvers

• build strong relationships
• make good decisions
• deal with difficult situations / resilience
• be happier often

Success in life is largely influenced by EQ. Harvard has pointed out that EQ is one of the strongest predictors of success. Warren Buffet credits his success partly to emotional stability when picking stocks.

What Is This EQ Stuff Anyway?
Basic Definitions:

• EQ is being smart with your feelings
• EQ is the ability to be intentional about properly identifying and managing your own emotions and the emotions of others
• EQ is understanding the 'WHY' instead of getting distracted by the 'WHAT'
